Step 3: Coat the Popcorn
Immediately drizzle the hot candy syrup over the popcorn.
Working quickly, toss and stir to coat the popcorn evenly before the glaze begins to harden. Use a spatula or two large spoons to mix thoroughly.
If making multiple colors, divide popcorn into separate bowls and prepare different batches of glaze.

Step 4: Set and Cool
Spread the coated popcorn onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Allow it to cool completely at room temperature (about 20–30 minutes) until the coating hardens into a crisp candy shell.
Once set, gently break apart large clusters.

Serving & Storage
Serve in colorful bowls, party cones, or wrap in clear treat bags for gifting.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week to maintain crunch.
